BU Vibes is a hip-hop dance team dedicated to expanding the art of dance and hip-hop culture within the Boston community through our original choreography and captivating stage presence. We are vibrant performers from diverse dance backgrounds who seek to explore femininity through our team. We are fundraising to attend World of Dance auditions hosted in Rhode Island in mid-November. World of Dance is one of the nation’s premier dance competition circuits, bringing together top teams from across the country. Teams compete at regional events for the chance to qualify for the World of Dance Summit, an international championship showcasing elite talent. Every donation will go towards funding our trip to Rhode Island, helping cover transportation costs so our team can represent Boston University at a World of Dance qualifier. Having adequate funding to attend this event gives our team the opportunity to represent Boston University on a national stage while strengthening our school pride and teamwork. World of Dance would provide BU Vibes with the chance to gain valuable performance experience by competing alongside some of the nation’s top dance teams. We appreciate any contribution toward helping us reach our fundraising goal. Thank you for supporting our team!
