Sabor Dominicano: Independence Day at BU

We’re fundraising to host a vibrant celebration of Dominican Independence Day on February 27th: a night dedicated to honoring Dominican culture, history, and pride at Boston University! 🇩🇴

This event will bring our comunidad together through typical Dominican food, traditional dances, live music, and a DJ, creating an unforgettable space for students and clubs to connect, celebrate, and share in the joy of our heritage. ✨

Your generous donations will go directly toward making this celebration possible, helping us cover:

🍽️ Catering with delicious Dominican dishes

💃🏽 Performers and traditional dance groups

🎶 Our DJ and live music setup

🎉 Event materials and decorations

All funds raised will be used in the weeks leading up to the event to ensure everything is ready for this special day of culture and community.

Every contribution (big or small) helps us bring Dominican pride to life and celebrate the unity and spirit of our comunidad.

Gracias for your support and for helping us make this celebration one to remember! ❤️
