I want to be an advocate for Camp Kesem and Hearts for the Homeless because both causes are deeply personal to me. When my mom was battling breast cancer, I remember how difficult that time was, and I wish I had known of a program like Camp Kesem to provide comfort and support. I also volunteer biweekly with Hearts for the Homeless, offering free blood pressure screenings at shelters, and I’ve met so many wonderful people simply going through hard times. Additional funding for these programs would help more children attend camp and give more individuals access to essential health screenings and compassionate care.
