Reverend Tom Sears Chaplaincy Operating Fund

Established in 2025, the Rev. Tom Sears (’59) Chaplaincy Operation Fund supports STH’s increased capacity for preparing students for spiritual care roles in hospitals, prisons, military, and education. The Chaplaincy track within the Master of Divinity (MDiv) program emphasizes Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), features dedicated mentorship, and is being integrated into the new Online Master of Divinity (OMDiv) program.
