Sailing

The Boston University Dinghy Sailors (BUDS) are a co-ed team of over 34 athletes that competes in the New England Conference of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association.

While sailing is currently a club sport at BU, our team has a long-standing tradition of excellence since its founding in 1937. Over the years, we have won eight national titles, produced numerous All-Americans, and developed sailors who have competed at the Olympic level. Today, our team competes against and beats varsity sailing programs in over 50 regattas each year. Join us in supporting the BUDS as we strive to maintain our competitive edge and secure another spot at Nationals next Spring!

Any donation, no matter what size, plays a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and perform at the highest level. By contributing today, you become an essential part of our team's journey to success by helping us fund team travel expenses, coaching, boat repairs, and maintenance on our sailing pavilion. Every dollar contributes to the continued success of our team!
