When we ask our students what they need most, the answer is clear: They want to know that their Boston University education will lead to a fulfilling life and a successful career. That’s why we’ve launched an initiative focused on career readiness. It’s called Students in Action, and you can help bring it to life.
Students in Action at Arts & Sciences
The CAS Experiential Learning Connector provides support to students with unpaid or low-paying internships in the Boston area through the Summer Internship Support Program (SISP). Funds cover housing on BU’s campus as well as a dining plan, enabling recipients to participate in internships and work-integrated learning they would otherwise not be able to access.
“I could not have done it without the EL Connector,” Sean Waddington (CAS'25) says. “And that internship has led to new opportunities, opened a career path for me, and helped me find my passion.”
Your generosity can make a real difference to CAS students while they’re here. Now, your support for internships can help make a difference for the rest of their lives.
