Students in Action at CDS
Within the Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences, two funds provide stipends to help make internships and other experiential learning accessible to all of our students: the Launch Pad Career Development Fund and the BU/Spark Program Fund.
“My first takeaway was realizing how different real-world data is compared to what we use in the classroom,” Jay Patel (CDS'27) says. “The type of data is often unstructured and in need of being cleansed and understood.”
