When we ask our students what they need most, the answer is clear: They want to know that their Boston University education will lead to a fulfilling life and a successful career. That’s why we’ve launched an initiative focused on career readiness. It’s called Students in Action, and you can help bring it to life.
Students in Action at CGS
At CGS, the Center for Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning Fund provides stipends to help make research and professional internships accessible to all of our students.
“Getting hands-on experience in a lab is so different from just being in class,” says Veronica Gates (CGS’24, CAS’26), whose experiential learning included studying antibiotic-resistant bacteria from the Charles River. “You can see pictures of cool bacteria, but when it’s something that you grew yourself, it’s so much more meaningful.”
Your generosity can make a real difference to CGS students while they’re here. Now, your support for their career development can help make a difference for the rest of their lives.
