When we ask our students what they need most, the answer is clear: They want to know that their Boston University education will lead to a fulfilling life and a successful career. That’s why we’ve launched an initiative focused on career readiness. It’s called Students in Action, and you can help bring it to life.
Students in Action at Sargent
At Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences, the Kate Baty International Education Fund provides stipends to help make internships and other global experiential learning accessible to all of our students.
“We are about halfway done with our South Africa program and are loving it!” Wahaaj Fara (Sargent’26), Angelina Turcotte (Sargent’27), and Aniqua Mehdi (CAS’26, Sargent’26) wrote at the time. “We spent last week exploring South Africa’s history, health system, and incredible nature through lots of outdoor exploring, museum visits, and hearing from local professionals. We can’t wait to continue connecting with our other community partners and apply what we’ve learned once we get back to BU.”
Your generosity can make a real difference to Sargent students while they’re here. Now, your support for internships can help make a difference for the rest of their lives.
