When we ask our students what they need most, the answer is clear: They want to know that their Boston University education will lead to a fulfilling life and a successful career. That’s why we’ve launched an initiative focused on career readiness. It’s called Students in Action, and you can help bring it to life.
Students in Action at SSW
At the School of Social Work, two funds provide this essential support: the Judith Perlstein Field Education Fund and the Williams-Neal Fund for Community Change.
“I wanted students to have some money to be able to buy groceries, to be able to pay an electric bill or something,” Ricardo Neal (SSW’99) says. “The relief I felt in not having to worry about certain things—I wanted students to have that.”
Your generosity can make a real difference to SSW students while they’re here. Now, your support for their career development can help make a difference for the rest of their lives.
