The Doppelgänger is a student film made by the members of Boston University's professional film fraternity, Delta Kappa Alpha. Like many student films, we rely on fundraising to bring our vision to life. We will use donations to cover essential costs, including props, feeding actors and crew, and equipment rentals. Your generous contribution ensures that all people on set are taken care of, allowing the film to be its best. All donations will go towards the film's production. A breakdown of how funds would be used:
- $50 can help us buy props!
- $100 can feed the cast and crew for a day!
- $200 can help rent camera equipment for a weekend!
- Donors who gift $50 or more will be featured in the final credits of the film!
Delta Kappa Alpha, Beta Chapter, is an organization dedicated to bringing together students from across disciplines with a passion for filmmaking and giving them the resources to produce a short film every semester on BU campus. DKA fosters a welcoming environment for any students interested in film, whether they are seasoned creators or just beginning to explore their interest. Through collaborative projects and community events, DKA empowers its members to work creatively and build lasting connections.
