Archaeology Department

Funds raised for Archaeology on Giving Day will go help broaden participation in archaeology. All funds go to supporting research and training, including participation in archaeological field schools, for undergraduate students from backgrounds underrepresented in the profession. We are also dedicated to supporting students with demonstrated financial need. Your gift enables research and hands-on training in our campus labs and allows students to travel the globe to join archaeological excavations. It aids students committed to becoming the next generation to answer big questions about who we are, where we came from, and where we might be going.
