BU Giving Day 2025 is right around the corner and we wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your past support of BU Men's Club Soccer! Your contributions have played an essential role in our journey, and we are excited to share some fantastic news with you!
This past fall season, our team has achieved a significant milestone. For the first time in club history, we attended the NIRSA National Soccer Championships in Round Rock, Texas. We were honored to be one of only 24 teams nationwide to qualify for the Men’s Championship Division. The competition was intense, and our team showed tremendous heart and determination. In the group stage, we opened with a 1-1 draw against the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Next, we faced a tough challenge against the eventual national champions, Brigham Young University. Despite giving it our all, we fell short. However, our efforts earned us a spot in the Round of 16, where we competed against the hosts, the University of Texas at Austin. While the match ended in a 3-1 loss, we left the field with pride, knowing we had given everything we had. This accomplishment wouldn't have been possible without your past generosity and the support of individuals like you who believe in our team's potential.
None of this would be possible without your generosity and immense contribution, and your help truly gave our team opportunities to achieve significant milestones! We are once again seeking your support. Your contribution can make a tremendous difference in covering our travel expenses, equipment, and other essential costs associated with competing at this level.
