The Boston University Journal of History is BU’s only undergraduate academic journal dedicated to history and historical studies. Founded in 2022 under the name Aevum, the Journal has published two print editions, is registered with the Library of Congress, and is currently preparing its third issue. In addition to print publication, the Journal recently launched a new website for online historical writing and is developing a podcast to further showcase student scholarship. Donations support printing costs, digital publishing, student editors and writers, and fun events that promote historical research and academic engagement at BU.
