The Boston University Mahjong Club is a student-run organization that builds community through mahjong, a strategic and cultural game that brings students together across backgrounds and experience levels. Our club creates a welcoming space where students can learn, play, and connect, while engaging with a tradition that supports critical thinking, cultural appreciation, and social well-being. Donations to the BU Mahjong Club support the purchase and upkeep of mahjong sets and supplies, beginner workshops, tournaments, and campus events that keep all activities free and accessible to students.
