The BU Treblemakers were formed in 1996 around three fundamental ideals: fun, love, and music. Since then, generations of Trebs have rallied around these values to become one of Boston University’s most irresistible all-gender a cappella groups. Over the years, many generations of Trebs have participated in producing nine studio albums and three EPs, most recently: “Afterglow,” which is streaming on all platforms. Today, the group is known for its diverse repertoire, energetic performances, and talented soloists, recently earning the title of “Best Mixed Voices Collegiate Lead Vocal” in the 2025 CARA Awards.
Your support on BU Giving Day helps us with next semester’s song arrangements, transportation costs for gigs and competitions, and professional mastering for our future EPs. With your support, you help us continue to create new music, perform across campus and beyond, and foster a strong sense of community within the Treblemakers. Every contribution, big or small, helps ensure that we can keep sharing joy, connection, and entertainment through a cappella for years to come.
