• The Metropolitan College Fund provides critical support at the discretion of the Dean
• The Metropolitan College Alumni Scholarship Fund provides financial aid to part-time students pursuing a degree.
• The Arts Administration Program Fund supports student activities, participation in arts conferences, and publications.
• The Gastronomy Program Fund supports students attending conferences where they are presenting, membership in relevant professional associations, research travel grants for students, and management of the BU Food & Wine Cookbook Library.
• The Prison Program Fund provides books, supplies, and various related expenses to support the education of incarcerated individuals enrolled in BU’s Prison Education Program.
• The Metropolitan College Academic Program Development & Innovation Fund supports curricular innovation and academic program development, including faculty grants for course development research, and supplemental technology needs.
• The Rebecca Alssid Prize Fund provides an annual award to one or more students who are enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program, earning a certificate or graduate course credit.
